As a customer was employing my support as a project manager, in the construction of a complex facility, I was presented with a great challenge. Resigned employees and unreachable deadlines welcomed me. But thanks to my extensive experience and my well-founded studies, gaps in the value chain were quickly discovered. I employed the correct strategy in order to optimize processes and used my own selection procedure to evaluate the supplier profiles.
